Pastor Phillips has served in the Ministry of Jesus Christ for 46 years starting in August of 1977 and was assigned to his first church as Pastor in 1978 while serving in the Army. Pastor Phillips has served as Superintendent, Associate Pastor, Organist, Psalmst, and an Instructor in Theology, with his family by his side. Pastor Phillips serves with his wife, First Lady Thelma Phillips, his children, Victoria (deceased), Andrea, and Victor II. After traveling the world and serving in ministry, Pastor Phillips has resigned to the preeminence of God's will ... to serve God, to serve my family, and to serve the citizens of our community and around the world.
